Tips on How to Whiten Your Teeth

If you’ve been consuming coffee for the last ten years, the evidence can be seen right on your teeth. And for young gadults, this is a no-no! Girls can get turned off by those yellow smiles that you are showing.

So before you brush your teeth so hard, we’ve prepared a number of effective yet affordable stuffs you can do to help whiten teeth. And for those who are aging, this might be applicable too.

- Use baking soda as part of your toothpaste. Adding up baking soda to your toothpaste can help you slowly whiten your teeth. Of course, you have to lessen your coffee consumption too.

- Weird but Effective. Instead of drinking your beverage. Try using a straw to directly take in the liquid. But don’t ever sip your wine. I don’t know what people might think of you.
- Brush with Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide. Mix the two solutions and brush your teeth for about 5 minutes 6 times a week. But please don’t swallow it.

- Floss nicely. Flossing can help you whiten your teeth by cleaning hard to reach areas on your teeth.

- Remember to brush after taking sweet foods. Don’t forget to brush your teeth every time you eat your sweet food, skipping a day might result to about 30 days in a year.

- Take less caffeine. It is believe that caffeinated liquids can make your teeth yellow and could worsen the condition of your teeth.

So that’s all. This will probably help you whiten your teeth slowly if you can’t afford or too lazy to visit your dentist.
